We’re on the lookout for a brilliant Account Manager or Account Director to join our small team and help us manage our fantastic client campaigns and drive our company’s growth. If you’re working in a Senior Account Executive role and ready to step up, or you’re an existing Account Manager looking for your next step, please get in touch. We’re based in Wiltshire and London and the role is hybrid, so we’d consider candidates from either region. Our clients are based nationally, so we’re often out and about. The salary for this permanent, full-time role is dependent on experience.

Eat PR & Marketing is a food and hospitality PR agency. Established in 2021, we’re a fairly young company with a small friendly team, who are proud to have a fantastic reputation across our industry. Our client portfolio includes a range of global equipment manufacturers, vibrant bars and British food producers. No day is the same and, in our industry, it’s about getting out and about – meeting clients, industry associations, chefs and restaurateurs or attending some of the many events, exhibitions and award ceremonies both here in the UK and abroad. The Role

As our Account Manager or Account Director you will be managing your own clients day-to-day, as well as supporting our senior team with strategy, planning and reporting across our client portfolio. Creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, developing media relations and running press office duties at industry events; this role will give you the freedom to deliver outstanding results for your clients. One day you might be writing press releases, articles, blogs or opinion pieces, the next supporting a high-profile press launch for a new product or service. You will be working in collaboration with the media to gain the best coverage for our clients and will play an intrinsic part in developing new relationships with key journalists. You will have the opportunity to support the junior members of our team, helping them to progress and develop their own career in this wonderful industry.

We’re proud of our home at the idyllic Glove Factory Studios in Holt, Wiltshire. A beautifully restored village tannery, the Glove Factory Studios is a collection of small office spaces for creative businesses – it’s somewhere our team loves to be. From the dog-friendly nature of the rural site, the opportunity to wild swim (should you wish) or even the exceptional food and drink served at the Wild Herb – the onsite café, the Glove Factory truly is a great place to work.

About You

You will have a real passion for food and drink, and an understanding of both B2B and B2C PR. You will have a PR or marketing background and are looking for a new challenge, or you may be a great writer who loves to create engaging content. You will understand what great client service looks like, implementing and delivering this at all times.

To excel in this role, you must ensure a continued quality of work is delivered on time, within budget and profitably, across all client campaigns. As an ambassador for our clients, you will support and advise them, helping drive them forward to achieve their ongoing goals and KPIs. Internally, you will also support the senior team with the continued growth of Eat PR & Marketing, while helping to inspire and mentor junior members of the team.

Based at our Wiltshire Head Office in a hybrid format or remote from London (depending on the role), this full-time position is ideal for someone with PR and marketing experience who is looking for their next challenge.
