ANDREW TAYLOR C.F.S.P. MCIPR
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
As a passionate foodie, the hospitality industry has been in Andrew’s blood since the very start of his career. Initially training as a chef in a distinguished gastropub before undertaking placements in several fine-dining hotels, Andrew decided to swap the stove for the lecture theatre, studying for a Marketing Management degree at Staffordshire University. Since graduating, Andrew’s PR career has spanned more than a decade, during which time he has worked in both senior agency and in-house roles.
Continuing his professional development, Andrew has gone on to complete both the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Professional Diploma and the Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) qualification.
With his varied and wide-ranging experience, Andrew knows how to create a great communications strategy. So, whether you’re looking for copywriting that carries interest and intent, engaging social media content, a trusting voice in a crisis, expert reputation management, or simply the support to get your brand noticed by your audience, Andrew is here to help.
SUSANNAH RICE MCIPR
Susannah is an accomplished PR professional with over 15 years of experience in the foodservice and hospitality sector, has completed the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Professional Diploma and has a degree in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Lincoln.
Supporting a wide range of clients over the years, Susannah has built exceptional relationships with consumer and trade journalists and developed a comprehensive understanding of operator needs and challenges. Throughout her career, Susannah has delivered numerous high-profile PR campaigns, including supporting a packaging manufacturer to create a garden designed around sustainability, which went on to achieve a prestigious gold medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
Experienced in strategic communications, campaign planning and content creation, Susannah brings diligence and an exceptional industry understanding to support her clients.
JONATHAN PATTERSON (JP)
With more than 20 years food and drink communications experience, JP loves the food industry in the UK. Whether it’s running the frantic daily press office of a leading fast-food brand to creating campaigns and strategies for some of the nation’s best-loved brands, Jonathan understands the unique demands that this industry makes on those who work within it.
Priding himself on working closely with clients to make sure he truly understands what makes them tick and how best we can help them, JP has worked with brands including P&G, Coca-Cola, Burger King, Diageo, Nisbets, Kerry, Callebaut, Mars Wrigley and Mondelez to name but a few!

NANCY LEWENDON ACIM
Nancy’s love for great food and drink is truly deserving of a career in hospitality. From delicious a meal at one of our many independent restaurants to a pie and pint at the rugby, Nancy lives and breathes our industry. With a background in social media and digital marketing, Nancy brings a significant level of knowledge, insight and skill, supporting our clients on all things PR and social media.
From managing complete social media schedules to creating showstopping reels, eye-catching content and engaging digital marketing, Nancy brings her bubbly personality and infectious energy to our business. A whizz with a phone, Nancy can captivate our clients’ online audience and delivers real, tangible results that align with their individual aims.
SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Despite being the newest member of our team, Claire's previous career that combines hospitality and marketing means she's the perfect addition to Eat PR & Marketing. Her first-hand operator experience helps Claire to understand and appreciate client and customer needs, enabling her to create content that effectively engages with its audience.
Gaining marketing experience in both agency and in-house positions, Claire brings excellent strategy, vision, campaign planning and media relations experience to our team. A fan of global cuisine, Claire often enjoys recreating delicacies and dishes she's sampled from her travels around the world.
